The Volvo VNL 780 Reworked v2.8 is a standalone truck available at Volvo dealers. It comes with its own interior, tuning options, sounds, and skins. Additionally, new accessories have been added to enhance the driving experience. The latest version, 1.5.x, brings new improvements and updated sounds.
This reworked version of the Volvo VNL 780 was created by Malcom37, with the base model designed by AU44. The improvements and sounds were provided by Kriechbaum, while FrankBrasil handled the edition and update for version 1.5x. The modernization credits go to Aradeth, ohaha, Felipe Comba, Big Bob, AU44, Malcom37, rus47tam, FrankBrasil, and vovangt4.
The recent changes include a rewrite of the Volvo dealer and independent chamber to avoid conflicts with the Volvo VNL 670 and VT880 models. The board computer was also rewritten for version 1.2 to prevent conflicts with VNL670. It is recommended to prioritize another mod for the proper functioning of the Volvo VNL 780. The truck has been tested on version 1.5x of the game.
