US 50 & CA 99 Extensions v1.4.4.1 I-80 I-580 Fix ATS

Version 1.2: It now works with MHAPro 1.2 by simply changing an intersection to the base game.
Version 1.3.1: Made compatible with MHApro 1.3.1.
Version 1.4: This update extends CA99 from Sacramento to Chico and adds the cities of Yuba City and Chico.
Version 1.4.1: Fixes an issue with a company located in Chico and removes lights from Reno I-80.
Version 1.4.2: Fixes various issues with a company.
Version 1.4.3 (optional): Adds a texture for CA 20 and CA 32 and includes 2 new loads for box trailers, empty and palettes.
Version 1.4.4: Changes the intersection of I-80 and I-580 to the real one, but at a smaller scale.
Version 1.4.4.1: Removes an invisible barrier on I-80 and I-580.
Loading order: US50 & CA99, Mexuscan, MHApro, C2C.
Tested on game version 1.2.
