The Kenworth W900 Interior/Exterior Rework V1.1 Mod is a modification that enhances the interior and exterior textures of the Kenworth W900 truck to make it more realistic and visually appealing. The mod includes various updates and improvements to different parts of the truck.
The interior textures have been completely changed to resemble real-life trucks more accurately. High-resolution textures have been used for the plastic, wood, fabric, leather parts, floor mat, interior lamps, Kenworth logo on the wheel, and radio. The dashboard has been improved by updating the colors of the gauges and changing the backlight of symbols to be uneven. All icons, symbols, and dials are now brighter. The color of the dashboard computer window has been changed to a more realistic green. Additionally, a small tint has been added to the windshield, and reflections have been added to the driver and passenger door windows.
The exterior textures of the truck have also been updated. The headlights, blinkers, marker lights, tail lights, and work lights have been improved. All chrome parts, Kenworth logos, grille, engine texture, fuel tank, door handles, four types of mudflaps, chassis texture, and suspension textures have been reworked to enhance their appearance. The mod also introduces four new modes for the windshield wipers, making them behave more realistically.
Version 1.1 of the mod includes the following changes:
- The mod has been adapted for ATS version 1.4.
- An issue that prevented the changing of the steering wheel position has been fixed.
- The look of the chrome details has been improved.
All mods by the creator are available for free download and will continue to be distributed this way in the future. Note: This mod is compatible only with the SCS Kenworth W900 truck and has been tested on version 1.4.x of ATS.
