Engine add-on Pack v 1.2 for ATS

The Engine add-Pack v1.2, released on November 4, 2016, includes the addition of the peterbilt_389 engine along with the existing engines listed below.

Updates:

• Addition of 2,000HP for t680, w900, and 579 trucks
• Fixed price and unlock issues
• Engine add-on Pack v1.0
• Engine definition enhancements
• Addition of realistic engine names, HP, torque
• Inclusion of other engines
• Fixed engine name, info torque, price, and unlock issues
