The aim of this modification is to enhance the original Pete 579 with various customizable options. To achieve this, I have added new attachment points to the model.
What’s included in release 1.4:
– BETA 80-inch high roof cabin with a longer chassis and a selection of side skirts.
– Cabin inner lights for sleepers only.
– The addition of an “r_grill” attachment point, compatible with Aradeth’s parts such as horns and lights, along with some sample roof slot arrangements. This attachment point can be used on any cabin, although it’s your responsibility to ensure proper placement and fitting. A roofbar is also included.
– Some bullbars have been added or modified.
– Roof flares consisting of a fixed set of five rooftop marker lights, taken from the stock W900. These are designed for sleepers.
– Carrier APU/Aux Air-Conditioner mounted on the right chassis side behind the tanks. This feature is adapted from Viper’s 389 and is available for sleepers only.
– “Beacon” mount point, compatible with Aradeth/Ohaha’s parts from the VNL.
– Exhaust options for sleepers: Short Double Caliber, outward-angled rear and side stacks, which have been modified from Pendragon models.
– Selection of Viper’s 389 fenders adapted for the 579, including quarter, half, and full fenders for sleepers.
– Neon effect under the chassis for sleepers.
– More side skirt options.
– Chrome or illuminated (white) Peterbilt logos for the radiator grill, adapted from Viper’s 389.
– Side blinkers for sleepers only.
– Sideflares for sleepers, including models with a cleft for side exhausts and longer continuous sideflare panels. There is also a double-row sideflare option available under the cabin and under the sideskirt.
– Rear-left toolbox (by Viper) or steps for the no-plastic sideskirts.
– Window deflectors.
– Additional horn adaptors introduced in version 1.4.
– Rack mount for 76-inch sleepers.
